Your ultimate wedding planning checklist.

FROM THE LITTLE STUFF TO THE BIG STUFF.

You’re engaged! Now what? Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. I’ve created a wedding planning checklist that includes a variety of tips and advice to help you to manage your time and RESULTS LIST (not a to-do list)—right up until your big day.

Wedding planning can quickly become overwhelming, but if you’re organized, you’ll have more time to enjoy to actually the process and each other instead of constantly worrying if you have everything figured out. I’m here to make your wedding process fun, easy-going, and simple!

12+ MONTHS OUT

Don’t worry, you’ve got this!

+ Determine your budget, but try not to get too specific. An overall budget is a good start.

+ Narrow down your top 3-5 venues, tour them, and choose your dream venue. Then make a guest list and narrow it down to a specific number once you know how many guests are able to fit at your venue.

+ Begin planning your wedding theme. You can check out my Pinterest boards for inspiration on different wedding themes/color schemes & ideas here and here.

+ Book your caterer and wedding planner (if you decide to have one — I highly recommend it), and have your overall wedding theme and design figured out.

9-11 MONTHS OUT

+ Book vendors that book up quickly; including your photographer, DJ, band, and videographer.

+ Begin shopping for your dream wedding dress! TIP: Start pinning away all your dream wedding dresses on Pinterest to give you an idea of what type of dress you’d love.

+ Schedule your engagement session with your photographer.

+ Start looking at invitations. Get some inspiration and ideas with my Pinterest board here.

+ Book a hotel room block (if needed) for your guests.

+ Refine your guest list.

+ Begin planning your dream honeymoon.
